FM1216 Series Smart Card Chip
This FM1216 series smart card chip is a kind of dual interface card chip that is designed and developed by Fudan Microelectronics, which holds the proprietary intellectual property rights. It can support the smart card chips of both ISO14443A and ISO7816 interfaces. By adoption of the 0.18µm CMOS EEPROM process and the data EEPROM capacity of 16Kbyte, this dual interface card chip can meet the requirement of the EAL4 enhanced level of China Information Security Certification Center.

This smart card chip is an upgraded product of the existing FM1208 contactless card. It is mostly used for the contact social security cards and ESAM modules. This dual interface is also applicable to the public transportation, high speed, micro payments, citizen cards and other areas.

Characteristics of the Smart Card Chip
1. This type dual interface card chip is compatible with different series of contactless chips for option, such as FM11RF08M, FM11RF08SH, FM11RF32M, or FM11RF32SH.

10. Inside our smart card chip, there is a phase locked loop (PLL).

Other prominent characteristics of this dual interface card chip include the program memory of 64K×8bit ROM, the data memory of 16K×8bit EEPROM, the RF interface 280×8bit data caching, 256×8bit iRAM, 2048×8bit xRAM, the reset controller of low voltage detection, reset controller of high or low frequency detection, and the memory data encryption.
12. The EEPROM possesses the endurance of up to 500,000cycle and the data retention of 10 years.

FM1232 Series Smart Card Chip
Our FM1232 series smart card chip is compliant with both ISO14443-A and ISO7816 protocols, which possesses the data EEPROM capacity of 32Kbyte. Its encryption algorithm supports DES, RSA, SHA1, SSF33, SM1, SM2 and SM3 with great capability of attack resistance. This series product includes the contact chip with CPU, contactless chip with CPU, and the dual interface card chip. It can be applied in such areas as the contact type social security cards, ESAM modules, and PSAM cards, as well as the contactless type and dual interface type public transportation, high speed, micro payments, citizen cards and some others.

Characteristics
1. Our range of smart card chip supports such communication protocols as ISO/IEC 7816 and ISO/IEC 7816. It also supports the ISO/IEC 14443A 106K, 212K and 424K transmission rate, as well as the ISO/IEC 14443A 1-3 anti-collision function.
2. Its various security algorithms mainly include the Triple-DES security algorithm, SSF33 security algorithm, SM1 security algorithm, RAE coprocessor with the highest key length of 2048bit, as well as two kinds of HASH algorithms (SHA1/SM3).
3. The program memory of our smart card chip possesses 64K×8bit ROM and our users can adopt 56K×8bit. The data memory can provide 32K×8bit EEPROM. The RF interface has 280×8bit data caching. The xRAM possesses 4096×8bit.
4. The security modules of this smart card chip include 32bit random number generator compliant with FIPS140-2 and NIST SP800-22, a WDT module, the alarm or reset controller of low or high voltage detection, the alarm or reset controller of low or high frequency detection, the alarm or reset of temperature or optical detection, strong resistance to attack of SPA/DPA and DFA, as well as the memory data encryption.
5. Our smart card chip is compatible with different series of contactless chips, such as FM11RF08M, FM11RF08SH, FM11RF32M, FM11RF32SH, FM12XX08 and FM12XX16. Its CPU command set is compatible with Turbo 51 series chips.
6. Its EEPROM features reliable operation, which can achieve the endurance of up to 100,000cycle and the data retention of 10 years.
